Tuff Terms of Service

By downloading or using Tuff, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Health and safety
Self defense training involves physical activity and risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting. Train within your limits and with care. Tuff provides educational content only and does not guarantee your safety in any situation. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tuff.
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, copy or redistribute its content, or use it to harm others.
Content
All videos, text, and materials in Tuff are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app or its techniques.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Tuff and delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Apple
These Terms are between you and Tuff, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
