Delete Your Tuff Account

Effective October 29, 2026

You can permanently delete your Tuff account and its associated data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Tuff and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings > Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

By email

Email ckb@edtechaiapps.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, email, training progress, and preferences. Some records may be kept where legally required (for example, transaction records held by Apple).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
